This document provides Marvin’s Motor City Inc. the right to be in possession of the vehicle identified herein for the purpose of repairs, maintenance, modifications and/or restoration. The signature on this document indicates signing is lawfully able to authorize Marvin’s Motor City Inc. to perform the work mentioned above and that the signatory is the lawful owner of the vehicle identified. 

Marvin’s Motor City Inc. provides insurance coverage for catastrophic loss of the facility and any project vehicles contained therein. Our insurance is secondary to your vehicle insurance. Your vehicle should be insured under the insurance carrier of your choice for the value you identify with your insurance carrier and adjust this value as the work progresses to ensure full coverage of your investment.
